Finding a home in Geneva with a relocation company
When making a request, you must pay a service application fee of 4,000 to 6,000 francs, and the fees vary, with some even requiring a success fee of one month's rent, which can be quite expensive.

At the time of application: 500 francs (service application/administrative fee * )
At the end of the contract: one month's rent (minimum 2,500 francs) minus a 500 franc application fee
