My name is Majima, and I am the representative of the company.
In 1993, I moved to Geneva, Switzerland, due to my husband’s work assignment.

​

At that time, we knew nothing about life here, and we were greatly helped by professors and students of the Japanese Studies Department at the University of Geneva, as well as by many Japanese students studying abroad.

​

Through gatherings such as meals with students, I came to learn about the severe housing shortage in Geneva—not only for Japanese students but also for families relocating for work, who all struggled to find housing.

​

On one occasion—perhaps because I was Japanese—we were denied a rental we had already been promised, simply because the landlord decided to give it to someone else.

​

I also assisted people who, upon moving out, were unfairly charged exorbitant fees.

​

From these experiences, our business was born.

• Helping families and individuals who come here

• Making sure their life and stay are enjoyable, so they return home with good memories

Even now, while still receiving much support from those around us, I continue working each day with the hope of being of help to others—even just a little.
